the one-bedroom apartment had sufficient space for luggage and personal items. a range of kitchen utensils, crockery, and appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine made self-catering straightforward. staff promptly addressed a query i had, resolving it efficiently.
the bathroom looked dated compared to the pictures online, giving the impression of being in a basement. it was notably colder, so i needed to keep the blinds down often.

easy check in excellent communication great location
the apartment was excellent exactly as described i found easy check in and excellent communication thanks to david who answered all queries prior to the stay immediately it felt very professional the location is great with walking distance to the city center
the parking fee felt a bit expensive

Great location
spacious room simple access secure parking
I was grateful for the spacious rooms. Access was simple with a keycard. Staff was onsite to assist with any issues. Onsite parking was good, though I did have to pay extra for it, its secure underground location made it worth it.

Acceptable stay with noise problems
The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed.
The noise was AWFUL. I heard a constant buzzing, like a pump or bathroom fan, ALL the time. It really stopped me from sleeping.

lovely staff clean place modern kitchen
the staff were lovely at check in and check out. they were very helpful. the place was modern and very clean. it was also spacious and i will stay again! the kitchen had everything i needed to cook. i did not need to buy a thing!
there was no noise insulation between the apartments, i could hear every cough from other apartments.
